INFO CLUB – Update Septon & Temploux
Hello everyone,
While the weather conditions are pleasing many of us for holidays, barbecues, and evenings with friends, they unfortunately complicate the organisation of our meeting in Septon.
🌞 Septon: too dry to ride
The ground is currently far too dry. There is no water point to water the meadow, and even walking in the most earthy areas, we are already raising dust. In these conditions, it is impossible to guarantee a safe and enjoyable activity.
We are therefore working on a postponement to August, hoping that the weather will give us a bit of rain by then. The farmer is in agreement, only the administrative part remains to be validated.
🚧 Temploux: postponed to next year
Second piece of bad news: The farmer in Temploux is currently carrying out very large works on his farm. He therefore prefers not to host the event this year.
Temploux is not cancelled permanently, but simply postponed to next year.

COMMUNIQUE OF 20/03/26: NEBLON ON 22 MARCH IS CONFIRMED
As announced, we set up the circuit this Friday and everything went very well, under a beautiful sun.
The weather forecasts are confirmed, it will be nice on Sunday. We are therefore ready to welcome you. Apart from 2 wet patches, the circuit is dry and the driving conditions will be top-notch. Access to the parking should not pose a problem. That said, always keep your towing ring handy, especially if you are towing a heavily loaded trailer.

COMMUNIQUE OF 18/03/26: NEBLON ON 22 MARCH IS LOOKING GOOD
The weather sites we consult are forecasting nice weather for the rest of the week and therefore no rain. A site visit was carried out this Wednesday and apparently the conditions for organising are good, both for parking and for the circuit. We have therefore planned to proceed with the setup of the circuit on Friday. That said, given that temperatures close to 0 degrees are expected on the night from Saturday to Sunday, there is a strong likelihood of morning dew which could compromise circulation in the parking area. We have therefore planned for the presence of 2 tractors for the placement of the cars. You are therefore asked to attach your towing ring before presenting yourself at the entrance to the parking area, in order not to waste time and so that the tractor's towing cable can be attached instantly. COMMUNIQUE OF 11/03/26: NEBLON POSTPONED TO 22 MARCH
Heavy precipitation is forecasted for Friday (more than 15 lt), which makes the conditions for setting up the circuit impossible and will especially pose a big problem for parking. In these circumstances, we are forced to postpone this organisation and try our luck on 22 March. For now, the forecasts are not bad but that can change. We will keep you informed. All requests
( silent reservations - frequent drivers ) for the 15th of March will not be recorded and must therefore be reintroduced for the 22nd of March.

Frequent drivers: the possibility of registering in advance is reserved this year for members who have participated in at least 3 organisations in 2025. COMMUNIQUE OF 02/03/26: NEBLON, THE 15TH OF MARCH LOOKS VERY GOOD
On the various weather sites we consult, the forecasts are favourable for the next 2 weeks. For now, no rain is forecast until Friday the 13th and a little bit of rain, without certainty, on Saturday and Sunday with wind (it dries) under spring-like temperatures reaching 18°. If all this is confirmed, we should benefit from very good conditions for this first of the year. Fingers crossed. We will keep you updated on the evolution of the weather situation in the coming days.

Frequent drivers: the possibility to register in advance is reserved this year for members who have participated in at least 3 organisations in 2025. Applications can be submitted via the designated form only from the 9th of March and no later than Friday the 13th of March before 18:00. The same timing for class 4, who can pre-register without a minimum of participations.
